Jermaine Stanley serves as Director of Cybersecurity Compliance at Camelot Secure, where he leads the development and execution of enterprise compliance and cyber risk strategies that align regulatory requirements with mission and business priorities.
With more than 25 years of experience across Financial Services, Technology, Insurance, Non-Profit, and Government sectors, Jermaine is a seasoned cybersecurity and risk leader known for translating complex technical challenges into actionable, executive-level insight. He has designed and operationalized enterprise cyber risk and compliance programs that strengthen governance, improve accountability, and enhance organizational resilience in high-stakes environments.
Jermaine’s expertise spans cybersecurity compliance frameworks, risk governance, remediation strategy, and executive risk transparency. He is particularly focused on ensuring that cyber risk is not only identified, but effectively communicated, owned, and acted upon across the organization. His leadership approach emphasizes disciplined governance, cross-functional alignment, and the integration of emerging technology considerations, including AI, into modern risk oversight models.
In addition to his corporate leadership role, Jermaine is an accomplished advisor and thought leader in cybersecurity and governance. He previously served as President of the ISACA Greater Washington DC Chapter and as a Board Member of the ISACA Foundation, where he contributed to advancing global thought leadership in cybersecurity, audit, and risk.
Jermaine holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds industry certifications including CISA, CDPSE, and CMMC Certified Professional.

Manager of Cybersecurity and Compliance
As DigiFlight’s Manager of Cybersecurity and Compliance, Melody Berry is a trusted authority on federal risk and compliance frameworks, bringing more than 17 years of experience blending IT operations and cybersecurity through automation. Her distinguished career includes serving as an Enterprise Division IT Security Officer at NIST, working within the National Vulnerability Database (NVD) lab, and acting as Deputy CISO for a Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractor, where she designed and executed an enterprise CMMC program from the ground up.
Throughout her career as an independent consultant and in her current leadership role at DFI, Melody has steered numerous small businesses and large corporations through the complexities of FISMA, NIST CSF, and DFARS compliance. She holds CMMC CCP, CCA, and Lead CCA statuses from the CyberAB, qualifying her to perform official CMMC Level 2 assessments.

Folk
Director of Solutions Engineering
Zach brings over a decade of Cyber/IT Operations and GRC experience to the Camelot team. His roots come from the system and network administration arena. He has taken that knowledge and is now helping companies to integrate technical solutions to streamline and automate compliance standards and enhance their security postures. Zach has successfully prepared for and executed over 30 Compliance Assessments in the last 5 years. He has been retained by various companies as a 3rd party consultant to help prepare them for compliance assessments and choose the proper technology solutions. He holds top-level Cyber Security Certifications such as CISSP with concentration in ISSEP, CAP/CGRC, C|EH, and Security+. He holds a BS in Communications from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is working toward his master’s in cybersecurity. Outside of Cyber and Compliance, Zach has served in the Alabama National Guard for 13 years and currently serves as a Support Operations Officer and manages the logistical through for his Battalion.
